About Chef James
Having worked under chefs including Heston Blumenthal, Eric Ripert, Bradley Ogden, Michael Mina, and three TV seasons with Gordon Ramsay on Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen, James Trees opened his first independent restaurant Esther's Kitchen in 2018.

Dedicated to his hometown of Las Vegas, NV, James Trees is currently Chef/Owner and Chef/Partner of several concepts including the critically acclaimed Esther's Kitchen, classic Al Solito Posto, Ada's Food + Wine and two more concepts coming in 2024.
Special Events
With myriad experiences under their belts, Chef Trees and team have produced events ranging from private parties for 8 to literally 800 person dinners, and everything in between, every one tailored to the occasion and never 'phoned in'.
